I had an amazing experience at Pinecrest Modern Dentistry, and I have to give a huge shout-out to their dental hygienist, Stavros. From start to finish, everything was great. The staff was super friendly, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I had an emergency and my regular dentist couldn't give me an appt until the following week. After they took X-Rays, Dr. Medina was very professional and explained very well what was causing my discomfort and since I was already there I also got my teeth cleaned. What really blew me away was Stavros' level of care. I always ask for extra anesthesia during cleanings, but for the first time ever, I didn’t need it! He was so gentle and precise that I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. And the best part? My gums weren’t sore afterward, which is a first for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He checks in constantly, making sure you’re okay, and he takes his time to ensure the experience is as easy and painless as possible. I’m so impressed that I’m bringing my kids here too. Highly recommend Pinecrest Modern Dentistry and especially Stavros if you want a careful, caring, and completely stress-free dental cleaning!

I had never had a trip to the dentist that felt like a spa day until I visited Pinecrest Modern Dentistry! I was having a dental emergency with bad tooth and jaw pain. My prior dentist had no availability til 3 weeks away, but I was able to schedule with PMD the day after calling, on a Saturday nonetheless, which quickly eased my anxiety! While I was there, the staff able to accommodate and tackle a cleaning, a full check-up, and a filling in one visit! The staff was absolutely lovely—friendly, accommodating, and great at what they do! My dental hygienist Stavros was sweet, funny and provided me with the most pain-free and effective cleaning I’ve ever had! Dr. Medina is an amazing dentist, such a kind soul and even made me laugh a few times. Ezz at the front desk with client services was so helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and will be ditching my last dentist. I truly felt seen and cared for here! I left the office feeling not only better about my teeth but also energetically uplifted! Finally, I’ll be excited to keep up with my dental health!
